• We accept returns if damaged through the shipping process. A claim must be made with the carrier and you must contact us immediately at support@mageefxstore.com to arrange a replacement. Please include an image of the items and damaged box, if applies, within 24 hours of receiving.  No returns will be accepted without confirmation from us. 
• We take great care in crafting each piece, and strive for ultimate satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, please email us to discuss a possible resolution.  
• Please note if your item is damaged in shipping, you will receive a replacement piece, not a refund.

All pieces are hand-made. Orders take 7-10 business days to fulfill, unless stated otherwise.
